BNSS Section 485: Bond of accused and sureties

CrPC Section 441 is covered by BNSS Section 485.

   Bond of accused and sureties.

   The words "bail or released on his own bond" replaced by "bond or bail bond" and “bail” is replaced by “bond or bail bond” in sub-section (1). In subsection (2) and (3), “or bail bond” is added.
