BNSS Section 336: Evidence of public servants, experts, police officers in certain cases

BNSS Section 336 has no direct counterpart in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

1. BNSS 336CrPC: —New provision

   Evidence of public servants, experts, police officers in certain cases.

   Newly added section. Evidence of public servants, experts, police officers in certain cases may be secured through the successor officer of such a public servant, etc.
