   Construction of references.

   CrPC sub-sections 3(1) and 3(2) are excluded; clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section 3(3) are merged and rearranged, having the same meaning except “or of the third class,” and clauses (c) and (d) of sub-section 3(3) CrPC are also excluded in BNSS.
